Its mostly used when ordering chinese food whether it is to dine in or take out, a lot of us do not
enjoy the greens garnishes. This is what we would tell the waitress when we're ordering: don't want coriander, dont want bean sprouts, don't want ginger/garlic, don't want chilli (read from top left downwards, top right downwards)
